For buyers and tenants, our core service is typically free — we're remunerated by the standard professional fee on the transaction. Coordination of licensing, development and market-entry work is quoted transparently per scope, and you're free to use only the parts you need.

Yes — this is exactly what our market-entry service is for. We sequence entity setup, premises and licensing together with your corporate secretary, and can hold options on property while incorporation completes.

The six zones are where we're deepest — including Tebrau, Senai, Seelong, SILC, Nusa Cemerlang, Desa Cemerlang, Pasir Gudang and Tanjung Langsat — but we transact across Johor. If your supply chain points somewhere specific, we'll work it.
